Thankfully now that I'm improving and it seems we are getting closer to a diagnosis. I've decided to incorporate physical activity back into my life. I'm also determined to force myself to think only positive thoughts. No more self hatred. I have to make sure that I'm losing weight for health reasons and for myself and not because of the opinion of someone else.
With my new found confidence and determination, I sat down and made a list of things to assist my weight loss journey.
Join my local LA Fitness
Adopt a Gluten free diet
Spend 20 min each day outside
Increase my water intake
Sip on Green Tea and Mint
I know my list may seem a little silly but I’m hoping it will help me get rid of 30 pounds before next year!! I start physical therapy next month and I am planning to tour my local LA fitness in a week or two! I will update you all on my journey throughout the year!

Good for you! Feeling great is more important than looking great [in my opinion] but most of the time they go hand in hand. You realize what you need to do, and have a plan to do it. It'll be hard work and takes dedication, but just keep in mind that you'll look/feel amazing when the journey's over!

that is a great list with achievable goals. I've always read that if you want to achieve your goals you need to break them down unto easy steps, which you have done! Good luck! I really need to get my butt out of this chair and get myself in shape as well. You've inspired me to make some of my own goals.
