Sugar high adventure- sister day

This past weekend was so exciting for me! Normally I’m forced to stay home due to my health but I recently enjoyed a rare weekend of peace. My sisters and I piled in the car with no particular place in mind and hit the highway. We came to a cross way and my sister Lisa had the bright idea to hit up Krispy Kreme! Any Krispy lovers here? I was raised in Georgia and this was THE spot to go for fresh and tasty doughnuts. I can still remember seeing people almost cause an accident in order to get to the Albany, GA Krispy Kreme location when the hot and ready sign was on!! I miss those days, oh the joys of being a kid.





I stayed in the car while my sister’s ran in to get yummy sweets. While waiting I decided to get in a little reading on Photography. I’m determined to become a professional photographer, so basically every waking moment is spent reading or watching things related to photography.



After what seemed like ages( not really, but I’m impatient) my sister’s finally reappeared with a box full of goodies! I was a little bummed because I can no longer have the sinfully delicious cream filled donuts, due to my new found sugar intolerance. Ugh, of all the things to happen to me Why This? I’m a true sugar addict so not being able to freely eat it has me going through worse withdrawals than a crack head.





After being the annoying photographer, I tore into this sweet goodness, free of caution or worry of where this sweet fatty dessert might end up on my body. More than likely my hips but at this moment I really didn’t care. I grabbed a donut hole and sunk into that baby like it was my last meal and oh my gosh was it DELICIOUS! I felt kind of ashamed of myself afterwards but I hadn’t had one in forever so I guess its ok.



I wish the picture could capture how delicious and soft this doughnut was. Seriously if you have never tried Krispy Kreme please stop what you’re doing and head over there right now! Your taste buds will thank you!

We rode around for a while and popped in Old Navy, Dollar Tree, Dots, and Downtown Deland, before making our way home. It was a nice day and hopefully we’ll do it again soon! How was your weekend? and Are you a Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Doughnuts kind of girl?
