Thank you to Ubisoft for sponsoring this post. Please click here to learn more about Ubisoft. I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls Collective. #UbiChamps
A few weeks ago I received an email from Clever Girls Collective informing me that I had been chosen to review Just Dance 4 as a part of the #Ubichamps program. I was so excited and didn’t hesitate to share this news with my sisters. When the package arrived my sister Lisa didn’t waste anytime popping the disk into the Wii player. What happened next included four hours straight of nonstop dancing and my mom even joined in. The popular songs of the night included Rihanna “Umbrella”, Carly Rae Jepsen “Call me maybe” and Sergio Mendes “Mas Que Nada”. My sister was a dancing queen and I noticed myself becoming tired just watching her. My personal favorite thing about this game is their music choices. There are so many popular songs on this game like:
- Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj- Beauty and the beat
- Rihanna- Disturbia
- Nelly Furtado- Man Eater
- Nicki Minaj- Super Bass
- Hit The Electro Beat- We no speak Americano
And the newly released PSY “ Gangnam Style”. While we haven’t downloaded this song yet, I’m pretty sure it is going to be a hit in this household. PSY is the coolest performer ever and I love the fact that he is now bringing more mainstream attention to Korean artist, but more on that in a later post. Lets get back to the game review.

- My sisters decided to try the new battle mode and the workout mode this evening. The laughter was nonstop as my sisters tried to battle their way through Skrillex “Rock ‘n’ Roll” and Ricky Martin “Livin La Vida Loca”. It was so funny watching them try to match the dancers on the TV screen. Check out the video below to see a snippet of the Skrillex and Ricky Martin dance battle from the game.
And here is a snapshot of my sisters doing the cool Jabbawockee type movement from the video above:
We really enjoyed this game and look forward to spending more nights busting a move. I highly encourage you to add Just Dance 4 to your shopping list.
